Tracking
Every order is tracked. As soon as it ships, you get an email with your tracking link. You can also follow it from the link in your order confirmation.
Delays
Peak season, customs checks and bad weather can add a few days. If your parcel hasn't arrived 20 days after you ordered, contact us and we'll chase it for you.
Christmas orders
Order by Dec 5 for Christmas delivery. After that we'll still ship, but we can't promise it arrives before the 25th.
Duties & taxes
Our prices don't include import duties or taxes. If customs in your country applies any on delivery, they're paid by the recipient.
Wrong address?
Double-check your address at checkout. Message us within 12 hours of ordering if something's wrong. Once a parcel ships, we can't redirect it.
Lost or damaged
If tracking shows no movement for 15 days, or your sweater arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery (with a photo for damage). We'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
